Definition:
Probably Carlos Zarraga Martinez, a member of JURE. AMOT-133 was described as a former Cuban businessman, and was often the source for reports on JURE. AMOT-133 interviewed suspected Cuban agent Raul Gonzalez at Guantanamo Bay in 1963.

09/14/62: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: "SUPDATA: AMOT-133 in AMOT report AA 597 dated 10 Sept from Osvaldo Padron Lima Jr. a masonic leader from Manolo Ray (AMBANG-1) who was in the United States during 8-9 Sept weekend. Ref made to WAVE 8431 (IN 19875) which reported presence Ray in U.S. Also AMOT-2 (Jose Joaquin Sanjenis Perdomo) in AA 567 DTD 5 Sept reported gist of telecon Dulce Torres de Artega overheard between friend and Rogelio Cisneros (AMBANG-4) who arrived in U.S. O/A 3 Sept saying he is here to prepare the way for meeting 15 Sept in Miami which to be attended by Ray for purposes of forming the 'integration front.' Object will be to select 50 people who will go into Cuba immediately following fall of Castro so as to infiltrate into leading positions in Cuba. Possibly information misinterpreted in view fact Ray's group circulating in SJAN circular calling for meeting 1930 to 2130 hours 16 Sept (this is change from WAVE 8431) at Concha Acustica Ponce at which the Junta Revolucionaria (JURE) would be organized. More than 100 exile leaders representing anti-Castro groups would be present. Cisneros possibly in U.S. to prepare way for Ray's 'clandestine' meeting in U.S. weekend 9 Sept as well as to line up people to come to Ponce. The intent of Ray was quite well publicized in the press, and additional information has been forwarded under UFGA-5981. Paras 1 and 2: AMOT-2 (Jose Joaquin Sanjenis Perdomo) on 20 Aug in AMOT Report AA 484; Paras 3-5: P-11 an AMOT sub-source in AMOT Report AA 91 dated 11 July, and remainder of information from AMOT-133 in AMOT Report AA 762 dated 21 September 1962, from Osvaldo Padron Lima. Lima said that about 60 at most attended this meeting and that the general rumor was that the US State Dept. was paying the bill. See 210-279603 and SAS/CE cards available HQs), who spoke to Subj ref 24 Jul 63: A. Subj said he arrested 17 Apr 61 at time Bay Pigs invasion and detained La Cabana 70 days. Ameijeiras arranged release from prison. B. Arrested again about Mar 62 on suspicion conspiring against regime. Detained 20 days in G-2 offices, Miramar. Subj said he did not occupy any other official position after release. C. 04/13/64: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: Slugline TYPIC YOUBIT AMBANG AMOT AMHALF: "1. AMOT-133 informed by Juan Miguel (Andricain) Romero, co-owner Navarro Tarara Drugstore Miami, on 9 Apr that JURE station wagon picked up 4 JURE trainees on 6 Apr. These persons, including Ramon (Rodriguez) Bueno, being taken to JURE base for later pick up and infil Cuba. 2. In possible connection ref, AMHALF-2 reported member JURE, name not recalled, visited him at Dupont Plaza Hotel on 9 Apr and asked if A-2 would grant asylum to member JURE and authorize him carry out anti-Castro and communicate with persons outside Cuba from within AMHALF (probably action involving Uruguay in Cuba) Embassy. A-2 refused. C/S Comment: *Stated AMBANG-1 (Manuel Ray Rivero) plans to go into exile at European Embassy upon arrival Havana and organize his underground forces from inside embassy. AMBANG-1 to arrive WAVE area 11 Apr to see parents and leave for Cuba end of April."
