"Alwin Odio Tamayo (201-334080) was cited in the Odio Black Book. According to a review of his 201 file ODIO, aka "Andres", came to the U.S. in a boat in 1962 with seven other men and was processed through CAS (Caribbean Admissions Center). With him were Angel RUIZ aka El Cobo, possibly G-2, and Jose OJEDA Santana, also possibly G-2. Odio's alleged (Cuban intelligence) mission in the US was to assassinate Ramon BARQUIN Lopez of the MRP (CIA asset), Alamo, and Napoleon BEQUER. Earlier in this memo is a reference to how Reynold GONZALEZ, a JMWAVE Station asset, is "cited in the Odio Black Book as having been caught (in 1961) by Castro agents on the ODIO farm near Havana." He was imprisoned and released in December 1977.
