2/5/64 memo from JMWAVE chief to SAS chief. Letter was sent on 12/28/63 from a fictitious sender in Cuba to a fictitious recipient in Miami who worked with the AMSPELL/DRE. The claim is that Jack Ruby recently met a man named Solomon Praskkn or Pratkins in Havana. AMLUNCH-1 said the letter was sent by his sister-in-law Graziella Rubio y Rivero.

104-10256-10264: WHITE HOUSE INQUIRY RE FRANK STURGIS, AKA FIORINI

7/9/76 Memorandum for the Record by S. B. Breckenridge: Report in Evening Star that Frank Sturgis stated that Jack Ruby was in Havana ten weeks before the assassination. AMLUNCH-1 was an agent in Miami, not Sturgis.
