Discussion:

A cable from JMWAVE on November 30, 1963, with the slugs KUROAR and LEMNOS, stated that "Mario Rodriguez and Leopoldo Fuentes will require complete series shots for WH area. Julio Jane (AMOT-53) does not require shots." Another cable on the same day from JMWAVE requested that a $250.00 money order be purchased in Washington, D.C., and mailed at or around December 1st to Elia Rodriguez, Miami. Elia Rodriguez was the wife of Mario Rodriguez Menendez, and the money order should be purchased in the latter's name.

A cable on December 13, 1963, said "request Mr. Taft TDY (temporary duty assignment) WAVE night 15 Dec with AMLEMNOS team for few days briefing and familiarization. Will also afford opportunity to inspect AMDOT area and meet ODIBEX (U.S. Army) assignees."
