Cryptonym: AMLEG-1

Definition:
Manuel Leveque Cajaraville.
Status:
Documented
Discussion:
A cable in September, 1962, described AMLEG-1 as the chief coordinator of the naval resistance group of UR in Havana, and used the alias "Rodolfo." Other documents confirm that Cajaraville used the alias "Rodolfo" and was chief or national coordinator for the UR in Cuba.

In addition, Cajaraville is said to have defected in August, 1962, at Hamburg. AMLEG-1 was known to Pujol Barrera, who may have been Abelardo Pujol Barrera (aka Joe Sanco, Jose Sauco, Jose Alonzo Pujol Barera), who was a co-defendant with Robert Ray McKeown in a 1958 gun-running case.
