A cable on November 29, 1963, containing the slug AMWREN-1, stated that AMSINCE-1 should not be send to see AMLABOR-1 Nov (note: or now).
A cable on December 5, 1963, stated "need info about possible re-organization Ministry Foreign Relations, repeating do not send AMSINCE-1 to see AMLABOR-1."
A cable from JMWAVE on December 6, 1963, stated that a SW message was received from AMLABOR-1 on December 4th, which mentioned that "Captain Borbonet, member Escalona family, in prison at Principe. He is kept in military section, but government has not made this known. WAVE and AMOT traces do not show relationship between any Borbonet and the Escalona family. Full names being requested."
