Said he informed by reliable traveler from SDOM that Maximo Luis Vidal, owner Universal Specialities in SDOM, importing arms and storing them in Universal Specialities warehouse. 2. AMJUDGE-1 said manager Universal Specialities is Cesar Vidal, brother of Maximo. Cesar frequent traveler to Cuba. Recently married Cuban national in Cuba. Cesar trying get wife out of Cuba to Prague, and from Prague to SDOM. 3. AMJUDGE-1 reluctant give name ultimate source on telephone. Said he would check for further info and report if info available. 4. WAVE traces reveal Maximo, 201-232110, as Dominican who worked Cuban INRA, TDCS-3,499,877 DTD 24 Jan 62 and active Communist, UFGA-10796 DTD 6 Sept 63. No traces Cesar."

Fred Berdach, Manhattan Commercial Credit, 366 Broadway, NYC, telephone Courtland 7-5959; C. S. Spike, M.D. Sheldon INC, 104 5th Ave, NYC, telephone Watkins 4-6920; D.
