Unknown identity. Cables in late March and early April, 1961, stated that AMICE-10 worked with AMDIP-3 in sending, receiving and reporting SW messages.

Also, a paper by Glenn "Rocky" Farnsworth in November of 1961 mentioned AMICE-10 in relation to a sabotage plan submitted by FORDC (AMICE).

A cable from JMWAVE on March 31, 1961, stated that "a similar message to A/3 (note: AMDIP-3 - Ramon Augusto Ruisanchez) urgently requesting an air drop for Guevara (note: Alfonso Guevara Fournier) was just received from AMICE-10. Will forward by separate cable."

03/24/61: Cable from RIMM to BELL: Slugline JMZIP COMMO: There is a line underlining the name of Comandante (Commander) Augusto Oscar Longo with another line to the margin with handwriting apparently stating: "With AMICE-10. See WAVE 5154. Duque dossier"

03/31/61: Cable from JMWAVE to JMBELL: Slugline JMZIP AMDIP-3: "1. The following message was received via AMDIP/3 (Ramon Augusto Ruisanchez) commo: 'Number 73 Tandi. Situation 'Corazon de Leon' desperate. Urge air drops. With him 980 men. They maintain same marks in the same place. Until now nothing has been received. Moreno.' 2. AMDIP/3 states that 'Corazon de Leon' is the war name of Alfonso Guevara Fournier. This is the same group for whom A/3 requested and air drop on 27 Feb per para 4 Ref A. Assuming that Guevara has only half the number men he says he has this is a sizeable insurgent force for Oriente if it can be supplied and directed securely. 3. A similar message to A/3 urgently requesting an air drop for Guevara was just received from AMICE-10. Will forward by separate cable..."

04/02/61: Cable from JMWAVE to BELL: CITE WAVE 5154: Slugline JMZIP AMDIP-3 AMICE-10: REF WAVE 5099 (IN 1048)* "1. The following message was received from AMICE-10, via SW: 'MSG No. 5 Comandante Augusto. Very urgent reinforce with arms and ammunition Com Guevara Fournier in Oriente. Communicate by Radio Liberacion if you know an exact location. If so, tell Patricio that we do know of a location and we are reinforcing. If you believe it opportune we can place a technician from reception with radio. If so tell Patricio to place person on reception several times in two days. Confirm immediately if message received. Say if I learned from my beautiful teacher. 2. Message passed to AMDIP-3 (Ramon Augusto Ruisanchez) who will draft answer for passing to AMICE-10 via the same channel. C/S Comment: *Re message via AMDIP/3 requesting urgency in air drops."
