Unknown identity. A cable in September of 1963 stated that AMHICK-1 and AMHICK-2 were due to undertake a short term infiltration/exfiltration operation on September 16, 1963.

Discussion:
A cable in late November, 1963, described AMHICK-2 as a close associate of a crew member of the shrimp boat. The personnel on aboard the shrimp boat were associated with the MRR.

A cable in December of 1963 mentioned that AMHICK-1, AMHICK-2 and AMDITTO-13 were scheduled to go on an infiltration mission, with AMTOBY-13 remaining on the parent vessel.

11/27/63: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: Slugline INTEL TYPIC: "SUPDATA: AMTOBY-13 from AMHICK-2 from a crew member on the shrimp boat. Personnel are associated with Movimiento de Recuperacion Revolucionario (MRR)...Source: A prominent exile activist who formerly participated in yachting activities in the Habana area, from a close associate of a person involved." Pages 3-4: "1. During the night of 20 November 1963, a 20 to 22 foot speed boat departed from the north side of Key Biscayne (Florida). It was headed for a rendezvous off Key Largo with a Cuban (sic) fishing boat and was then to proceed to an infiltration point on the north coast of Las Villas, Cuba. The fishing boat was based in a shrimp fishery located on the southern coast of Key Largo. 2. The people involved in this operation were Manuel Pedro (Gutierrez) Cardenas (Faint handwriting: 201-320034), Emilio (Perez) Fernandez (Faint handwriting: 201-200269) and Luis (Aguilar) Perez (Faint handwriting). The latter two presumably were to be infiltrees. Two crew members, known only by nickname, were Comacho and Vascoy. 3. Field Comment: Vascoy could possibly be Jose (Bascoy) Barrios..."

12/13/63: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: Slugline RYBAT TYPIC YOBITE AMHICK: REF: UFGA-12718: "A. AMHICK. B. Infiltrees: Three. AMHICK-1, AMHICK-2, AMDITTO-17. AMTOBY-13 will remain aboard parent craft. Cargo: 250 lbs radio equipment, survival equipment, weapons and ammunition. C. Parent craft: Neptune, 54 foot equity water taxi, dark green hull, light green superstructure. Intermediate craft 16 foot Boston whaler, dark green with 75 HP commercial outboard motor..."
