The memo was addressed to Harold R. Noemayr (Ross Crozier) and a Withheld name from TSD. The memo had the 201 number of 201-282288 handwritten near Rojas' name. The memo added that Jose Rojas Castellanos' documents and personal belongings were requested from Headquarters on May 26, 1961, at the request of Cecil Van't Veld (PM Case Officer). There was also a small section on Carlos Hernandez. The end of the memo read: "Van't Veld advised Security & Liaison the reason for requesting the above documents was to control the above Subjects." Another member of AMHAZE (a post-Bay of Pigs CIA operational group consisting of exiles initially recruited for the 2506 Brigade) was AMHAZE-2524 - Jorge Giraud Leiva.

Jose ROJAS Castellanos (2563) 201-282288. a. Subjects documents and personal belongings were requested from Headquarters on 26 May 1961 at the request of Cecil Van't Veld (PM Case Officer). b. Headquarters forwarded the following articles: a gold bracelet and an International Drivers License but no passport. c. The above mentioned bracelet and license was given to Van't Veld on 8 June 1961. 2. Carlos Eduardo HERNANDEZ Sanchez (2523) 201-278455. a. Subject's documents and personal belongings were requested from Headquarters on 26 May 1961 at the request of Cecil Van't Veld. These documents were sent by courier to JMWAVE o/a 12 April 1961 and were later found on 14 June 1961 in a safe in PM. Van't Veld retained Subject's documents. 3. Van't Veld advised Security & Liaison the reason for requesting the above documents was to control the above Subjects. (REDACTION)."
