Discussion:

A contact report of November of 1960 mentioned that "Brand" (Emilio Adolfo Rivero Caro - AMPANIC-7) found out that his safe house had been compromised, and never returned. An Augusto Casamayor (who may have been AMFIFE-1) had apparently provided the safehouse. He told Brand "that a tenant of the penthouse, who lived in front of Brand's apartment, had been the victim of extortion."

This confirmed Brand's suspicions than something was wrong was going on. Brand left the building and never came back. It was until three weeks later that Brand found out, through Augusto Casamayor, the man who had provided the safehouse, that a tenant of the penthouse, who lived in front of Brand's apartment, had been the victim of extortion. This had been the unusual atmosphere that Brand had noticed around the building, because that tenant had under surveillance by the people who submitted him to extortion...."
