Source: AMFAST-35: 8/10/63 - Visited the recruitment office and observed the equipment. Manuel Guillot de la Serna was the recruitment chief of the MRR. Another AMFAST member observed that Guillot's secretary and assistant was Blanca Acosta, and that Alfredo Borges Caignet and others were in charge of the recruitment. After the recruits (for the training bases in Nicaragua of AMWORLD) are accepted, they are to be taken to New Orleans.
