Subsource is AMCOVE-12 who also reported that a seriously beaten Soviet was found abandoned and in critical condition by police car occupants on 9 November at a spot along the road to Ceisa del Agua. Similar info on SUBJs UFG-4157 received from AMCOVE-1 (Alejandra Sanchez) no DISSEMED, pending clarification of subsourcing...SOURCE: A highly educated Cuban who is a well known anti-regime figure and who was active in politics in the pre-Batista era. Source has supplied an appreciable number of useful reports based on information from a wide variety of informants. This information is from an agricultural specialist who travels in Habana and Pinar del Rio Provinces."

This place is 3 kilometers town of Managua going toward Santiago Las Vegas on the right of the Managua camp. AMCOVE-12 observed. Nov 17, at San Julian, Pinar del Rio, they have approximately 100 tank trucks camouflaged. They (tanks) appear to be of (for) fuel.
