In a cable on April 25, 1960, marginalia stated that AMCLATTER-1 (Bernard Barker) asked AMCLATTER-4 to obtain a tourist visa for Adolfo Pascual Rey Perez to the United States. The expenses would be paid by Rafael Martinez Pupo (later probably assigned the cryptonym of AMGUN-1).
