Others in this category included AMFOX-1 (probably Juan Falcon Tamar), AMPAN-1 (Jose Orta), AMRYE-1 (Tony Sforza), AMCONCERT-1 (Francisco Wilfredo Varona Alonso), AMPARCH-1 (Warren E. Frank), AMTURVY-1 (Arturo Maria Jesus Varona Alonso), and AMCOOP-1 (Miguel Xiques Macias).

A cable from JMWAVE on November 26, 1963, which included the slugs AMFOX-1 COMMO LITAN, stated "ok regarding the affair of AMCAPON-4. Use your good judgement about future contacts with him. Would be a shame to lose him since he could provide some valuable info." This suggests that AMCAPON-4 was possibly suspected of being a Cuban spy, but was in a position to supply valuable information.

In 1975, David Phillips wrote that AMFOX-1 was a CIA agent who WH Division thought might have been doubled: https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=48905&relPageId=4

Good, if you use a diplomatic pouch, send things to your accommodation address in Coral Gables or New York. If Nicasio Reyes (police official) is ready to cooperate, you should elicit info from him for now. Wish to see what he can provide. Send more reports on preparations for war taken by the army and navy near the north coast. Ok regarding the affair of AMCAPON-4. Use your good judgement about future contacts with him.
