ODACID (U.S. State Department) advise accordance agreement U.S. and British, Cubans cannot depart U.S. and enter Nassau for purpose obtaining U.S. visas. 2. As alternative suggest passports of individuals be dispatched to HQs. Can arrange with ODACID to have multiple entry B-2 visa stamped in passports in MEXI or Canada. To accomplish this passports must be valid not expired. Since Cuban passport good for 5 years and renewable for 3 more AMBOA-2 may have expired since issued 1956. 3. Understand accordance above agreement ODURGE (U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, INS) will not issue T-512 re trip Nassau. SAS Comment: Requested Hqs arrange with ODACID Nassau for issuance multiple entry visas to AMTAUP-10 and wife, and AMBOA-2."
