104-10267-10154: CABLE- ON EVENING 4 SEPT WAVE CO RECEIVED LEAD FROM WAVE CONTACT ORLANDO (RODRIGUEZ) PEREZ WHO CLAIMED HE RECEIVED FOLLOWING INFO FROM SOURCE HE WOULD NOT IDENTIFY

9/7/62 WAVE 8248 cable from JMWAVE to Director. Orlando Rodriguez Perez (subject of DIR 25483) was initial source of this report. When Albin (note: actually Alwin) Odio/AMLUNT-1 defected, he was with man named FNU Figucredo. WAVE helped MRP move from Jamaica. When Duney Perez Alamo/AMLUNT-2 debriefed at Opa-locka/JMFIG, it was by AMBLINK-1. Duney was aware of Odio and "knowledgeable his mission" . Odio was G-2 agent and here to penetrate his group Ejerecito Libertador assassinate AMCHIRP-1/Ramon Barquin, (Ernesto Betancourt, who worked for CAS or Alliance for Progress), Napoleon Becquer, and other targets of opportunity AMBLINK-1 picked up Perez Alamo arrived and met up with CIA officer Charles Wiesinger/Ray Dubois. After exchange of pleasantries, Case officer asked if Dunney knew of Odio. Got Odio to 'turn': "This looks like our initial G-2 DA (double agent)."

104-10048-10088: OPERATIONAL PROGRESS REPORT FOR FEBRUARY 1965

February 1965 - Bernard Barker has a CIA case officer, but is handled regularly by AMBLINK-1, who is known by true name, as they knew each other in Cuba. Signed by Chester R. Mendrick for Shackley.

104-10217-10185: MATERIAL ON ELOY GUTIERREZ MENOYE

2/12/65 cable: (Note that Geraldine Shamma was arrested on 11/5/60 and held for 3-4 years as documented in 104-10240-10129 - see how vice-consul Wayne Gilchrist from the State Dept. (and/or CIA?) visits her in prison and reports on her situation. AMBLINK-1 was her case officer and reported that she was now working with the Cuban Intel and penetrating Eloy Gutierrez Menoyo and his organization - it was probably a condition of getting out of prison - she was a double agent and CIA was "displeased" with her. Sturgis mentions how sad he is about what happened to her physically and mentally. See pages 39-40 of 191: https://www.archives.gov/files/research/jfk/releases/2018/docid-32252529.pdf

104-10130-10197: CONTACT REPORT: AMBLINK/1 AND AMRAll/1

April 1966 has AMBLINK-1 meeting with "RAZZ ". Note a signature in the bottom right hand corner (it looks like it was originally the initial D, or maybe even Pachankis' "P") that has been altered.)

104-10262-10377: DISPATCH: TERMINATION OF AMRAZZ/1

Compare this 1967 report with the report in the previous post. These two reports - identical in format and typeface, and meeting at the same spot. Instead of having AMBLINK-1 meeting with "Razz" in 66 and "Pachankis" meeting with "Razz" in 67. Best indication that AMBLINK-1 is Pachankis.
