AMBELLOW-5 reported he approached by one Manuel Garcia de la Vega to join his group which lead by Pedro Diaz Lanz. Garcia told A-5 he just completed 'successful' trip Ciudad Trujillo-Managua-Miami where he recruited Cubans opposed Castro regime. A-5 told Garcia he not revolutionist and did not want implicate himself. 2. A-5 asked Zamka (David Morales) whether he should join group since door left open for him. A-5 was instructed to stay away due possible provocation attempt to bring him out in open. 3. Station files no record Garcia. HAVA would appreciate HQs, MANA and TRUJ traces.
