3/30/64 dispatch from Chief of Station, Tegucialpa to Chief, WH Division: "Forwarded under separate cover are two receipts for donations to (DRE) that were collected on 1 March 1964...The story given to those who donated was that the money was to be used for the publication of Trinchera (the DRA news organ). The leader of the group selling these (donation) slips was AMSPELL-90...These donation slips are being forwarded as further proof that AMSPELL-90 has been active in Honduras on behalf of (DRE)."
