11/26/67: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: Slugline INTEL AKULE JMUNION: "SUPDATA: ZRWAHOO. AMLILAC-22....WAVE registry card on Jimenez reads 'ACSI source SD 15274 per master list. 16 April 1966.' Field Comment paragraph 4 from JMWILLOW-4 (JMWAVE 3306)..." Pages 2-3: "COUNTRY: Dominican Republic/Spain/Argentina/Cuba. ACQ,: United States, Miami (28-29 November 1967) UFG-9176. SOURCE: A Cuban emigre resident in Miami. Source has good contacts among Cuban activists in the emigre community. Source has not reported frequently in the past, but he is considered to be an accurate and reliable reporter of what he has heard. He obtained this information from Julio Aton Constanzo Palau, who obtained it from Papucho Morales, father of the fiancee of Adolfo Jimenez Aguilera (see paragraph 3). Morales was described by Constanzo as a wealthy Dominican who made a substantial financial contribution to President Joaquin Balaguer's electoral campaign. Constanzo said that Morales travelled frequently between the Dominican Republic and Miami. SUMMARY: A Cuban emigre in Miami who has been associated with Rolando Masferrer Rojas, former Cuban Senator, in plotting action designed to overthrow the Government of Haiti and establish a base there for activity against Fidel Castro in Cuba has said that Fulgencio Batista, Juan Peron, and former Dominican General Antonio Imbert Barrera have made plans for 'some type of action' in the Dominican Republic. A planned step in implementing the action failed when an arms-carrying emissary was arrested in Santo Domingo because his contact in the customs service had been involved in an accident and could not appear at the appointed time. 05/20/68: Cable from JMWAVE to Director: "1. (REDACTION) reported in to the station today. He tells us he has been released by AKULE and assigned to WOTACK. 2. He tells us also that WOTACK advised him to return here, check out of the station and then take two months sick leave. If this is what is desired by HQs, station will process him out and put him on sick leave status as of 3 June. 3. Please confirm and advise."

The Station feels that the WODISH (Domestic Contact Service) handling of 201-357029 results in a case that has the potential of causing severe problems for AKULE, and that it could well be that AKULE will be made to bear the blame since elements within RVROCK might feel that the ultimate responsibility for supervision of the case lies with AKULE."

The bio file number 201-283488 doesn't belong to any of the named parties, by default it must belong to IUSTEER.
