Re June 1962: Nosenko = AEFOXTROT, AEBARMAN and AEDONOR. Nosenko's answers to CIA's questions. CIA 1649-1081 account of Nosenko's interrogation by CIA. On Tues, Nov 2, 1982, Tennant "Pete" Bagley, in Brussells, told Michael H.B. Eddowes that Nosenko contacted CIA in Geneva on June 4, 1962, the same day Lee and Marina Oswald had sailed on the Maasdam. On 1/30/83, Henry Hurt said Nosenko was living under the name of George George in the Maryland suburbs of Washington.

4/14/64 Memorandum for the Record: A 4/1/64 meeting was chaired by James Hunt, AC/CI. FBI was represented by William Sullivan, Donald Moore, Elbert Turner, James Lee from HQ, Courtland Jones and Maurice Taylor from Washington Field Office, and SR Division's David E. Murphy, Tennant H. Bagley, Paul Dillon and Serge Karpovich and Miss Sally Downey. Roy Rocca of C/CIRA was also there for part of meeting. "The FBI strongly urges that CIA hold AEFOXTROT in seclusion for the longest period possible..." Also posed no objections for hostile interrogation.

Re 6/11/64: This CIA memo by C/SR/CI/R Lee Wigren is about discussions with the Warren Commission regarding Nosenko. "C/SR (David Murphy) spoke in highly commendatory terms of the revised set of questions for AEFOXTROT prepared by SR/CI/R and given to C/SR/CI (Tennant Bagley) on 11 June 1964. He said that they were a fine professional job and that they must be answered."

1/9/68 memorandum for the record by C/SB/CI Serge Karpovich: Angleton and Rocca were ready to share the CIA's findings on AEFOXTROT with the FBI, and Angleton recommended that the FBI set up an informal study group to study the paper, and they refer to Karpovich on "any questions, requests for clarification, discussions, etc."
