Valentin Sergeyevich Loginov. A dispatch in February of 1968 stated that Loginov's 201 number was 201-285412. A cable in October, 1969, mentioned that AEDIEHARD's 201 number was 201-285412.

Primary emphasis should be on subject's relationship with AEDIEHARD (201-285412) who has been cultivating subject since February 69. The two Personality Assessment Questionnaires on AEDIEHARD which were transmitted as separate cover attachments to Reference A were unfortunately not received until 30 September, by which date we knew from a visa cable sent the State Department by the Embassy in (REDACTION) that AEDIEHARD was departing PCS one week thereafter, on 7 October. Reference B confirmed that departure. 2. Since but one week was available for the completion of the MHCRUSH assessment, and its transmittal to the Station, we decided not to go ahead with it.
