Edwin Walker Documents

The Mary Ferrell Foundation website features new documents related to General Edwin Walker, including FBI files and reports of a Senate Armed Services Committee investigating the "Cold War education" practices on military bases for which Walker was fired by President Kennedy. Walker was allegedly fired upon by Lee Harvey Oswald in April of 1963, and the above photo was found among Oswald's possessions, with an unexplained tear-out of the license plate of the featured auto. Walker was prominent in right-wing circles in Dallas and was alluded to by Jack Ruby in Ruby's jail cell testimony to the Warren Commission.

Additional FBI files are now available on other persons associated with the JFK assassination story:

With the exception of the Senate reports which were held by Mary Ferrell, these files were provided by the Assassination Archives and Research Center.
