Comments:		 DOB: March 27, 1917. Deputy Secretary of Defense. In Sept 6, 1963, memo from Gordon Chase to Bundy, it was stated that Vance, as a member of the Cuban Coordinating Committee, knew details about the exile raids and Operation MONGOOSE.
