Comments:		 Cab driver for City Transportation Co. Hired by newsman 11/24/63 to wait for him outside Dallas Police Station from 9:40 am until 12:25 pm. While waiting, he heard the shot that killed LHO. Identified as cab driver who drove Paul Sisco, UPI reporter.
