As we are about to commemorate the 46th anniversary of President Kennedy's public execution in Dallas. At a time when there were just military advisers in Vietnam, a very small worldwide drug problem and an economy where 40% of the American workforce was unionised and not in a mountain of debt. It's worth remembering -that his legacy was that he tried so hard to bring peace and comfort to America and the world and his own government killed him for it. What would he think of the way things are now? The CIA that he swore to destroy and "scatter to the winds" -is much more powerful and dangerous than ever. Specially with the drug trade which dominates the American economy or rather the Wall Street "insiders" that control and launder its immense cash profits. What would JFK think of the state of social security, of Americans having to work way beyond the age of 62 which he campaigned for retirement age. Of the health and debt crisis and so on... What would he think of 9-11? George H. Bush, George W. Bush and waiting in the wings and still being groomed George P. Bush? In 1963 at the height of the Cold War, Kennedy inspired hope and sanity. Today its all about despair and insanity. We are told we won the war on Communism, but yet the biggest Communist country on the planet owns our economy and us. What about the war on poverty which LBJ said he would overcome, Reagans war on drugs and George W's war on terror which has been conveniently made to be the way to control us for many years to come. All these wars -and they say "the first casualty of war is the truth". 11-22-63 is when all the misery we have now, really started. But don't look to the media or the so called historians, to show all that in their remembrance of JFK's death. They're all too busy "reporting" on Sarah Palin and who the winner will be on American Idol!

Despite the fact that most Americans believe there was a conspiracy in the assassination of President Kennedy, regardless of whether Oswald was involved or not. Many of those same Americans are really not interested in learning the truth, rather they are frightened of learning the truth. They just can't handle the fact that one president could kill another. That Kennedy could be taken out as a straight business decision by the military-industrial complex. That a bunch of generals and CIA types, could want him dead out of a perverted sense of patriotism. Those things can happen elesewhere, but not here in the good old USA. We may have plenty of scandals -ala Watergate and Iran-Contra, but a planned assassination? Thats why the cover-up aka the Warren Report, has worked so well all these years. It offers comfort -an official closure to that dreadful day. The nation was spared the sordid details of a trial for Oswald when he was swiftly executed on live-TV. And as Walter (Mr.Believable) Cronkite told us everything we wanted to know or rather should know about it and he believed it, even until his death, just like every president since. The fact is- if America admits that Kennedy was taken out by LBJ and for his opposition to the Vietnam War and for stopping all those contractors from making a real financial killing -then it would be like being told that your parents are not really your parents. It tears out your whole foundation and sense of values. So in denial, America can continue to "Have a nice day" and put on blinders to all the bad things that have happened since. If it worked so well one time... Thats why America has to wake-up to the truth and confront the issue head-on. Not just from a crimal justice standpoint, but for the dignity and soul of a nation that is supposed to be based on truth and the American way. Not even Superman though, can put America back on the right track until it decides to address the JFK Assassination as what it is -the greatest unsolved homicide in history! And a homicide that still continues to bleed all over us today.

To all those who say that they DO NOT believe in conspiracies -read your history books. American history, British history and world history -are totally made-up of conspiracies. Oil companies conspire to manipulate gas prices by keeping inventory low. Banks to keep credit rates high. Monsanto chemical conspired and eventually went on to own 90% of the world seed market -and a whole bunch of highly placed people conspired to kill JFK. He was simply bad for business or rather big business -and he had to go. If you look at the JFK assassination as a homicide detective would. You'd look for motive, means and opportunity. Who would benefit most from his death? But what murderer could cover-up the crime as much as this one. What murderer could continue to cover-up the crime, eliminate scores of key witnesses and manage to keep precious evidence from scrutiny. Abraham Zapruder is allowed to sell his "film of the century" -major evidence in the "crime of the century"; he's allowed to sell it to the ultra right-wing Henry Luce publisher of Life magazine. The film is not seen by the public until 1975. No record of the interrogation of the "suspect of the century" Lee Harvey Oswald. The doctors at Parland hospital, all having to reverse their statements that the fatal shot came from the front. The media having to correct their intial reporting, that the rifle found and identified was a German Mauser, the kind that a real sniper would prefer. Then -the FBI files on Oswald and Jack Ruby, both listed as informants, kept from the public. Let alone Ruby having worked for Richard Nixon years earlier. And I could go on and on... Most of the JFK conspiracy believers I know, started with an open mind and had to be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt. However, we already knew from our history studies, that politics is a dirty business and was shown that way even in Frank Capra's "Mr Smith Goes To Washington." JFK had very powerful enemies, many within his own government and military.Let alone in the Mob and amongst the antiCastro Cubans. Still -when you already have the American military-industrial complex against you, not to mention your own vice president and the head of the FBI... And the American public have always bought the "lone nut" assassin theory in the past. So when you add that explosive trigger word "communist" to that genuine "Made in America" theory -you really can get away with murder. Only it was the murder of everything good and decent that America could have been to itself and the rest of the world!

Even as of 2009, over 70% of the American public still believe there was a conspiracy in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It was President Franklin D. Roosevelt who said "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happened, you can bet it was planned that way." And planned it was -from the actual execution to the cover-up that continues to this day. To those who say "Well if there was a conspiracy, someone would have talked..." Over 100 people did talk or tried to talk -and they were all conveniently silenced. The Warren Commission, or rather LBJ's and J.Edgar Hoover's Warren Commission Report -had to have a "lone-nut" assassin and the "single-bullet theory" had to be adopted as truth to support that. Chief Justice Earl Warren reluctantly chaired the commission, partly to restore faith in the government, but mainly to prevent the possibilty of World War III breaking out, if Russia or Cuba were blamed. Hoover leaked the report's conclusion that Oswald acted alone, even before the commission started. The House investigations of the 1970's -prooved that no bullet could have done all the damage the report claimed and still look pristine. They prooved from acoustics tests, there was more than one shooter -and hence a conspiracy. But still believers are ridiculed for seeing what has been prooved beyond a reasonable doubt. JFK created like Caesar, the climate for his assassination. Powerful enemies with the motive and the means. World history has been prooven to be full of conspiracies. Corporations conspire to fix prices, as with perscription drugs. Politicians lie. And human life comes cheap when theres money to be made. Mary Ferrell was among the very first to seek out the truth -and it's all there in her database... The first JFK movie -1973's "Executive Action", lays out the plot the best and what many believe now to be quite accurate -but don't just take my word for it!
